As the Customer Service Supervisor at Envirolab Services' Sydney facility, Aileen oversees both the Customer Service and Sample Receipt teams.
Aileen has a degree in Environmental Science and has over 20 years experience in the Customer Service Lab field. She joined Envirolab Services in 2005 as a Customer Service Coordinator, quickly developing a deep understanding of client needs and becoming adept at managing a wide range of customer inquiries.
As Client Services Supervisor, Aileen not only ensures the smooth operation of sample logging and receipt but also plays a key role in coordinating customer communications, addressing concerns, and resolving issues swiftly.
In addition to her role, Aileen is responsible for creating the annual dog calendar, which features employees’ dogs dressed up in themed outfits.
Outside of her professional responsibilities, Aileen enjoys travel, exploring new hobbies and DIY projects.
