Chain of Custody

Quality reporting starts at the beginning with the collection of samples and a properly completed Chain of Custody (COC) form. The COC enables accurate documentation of the process by detailing the collection, custody, transfer and analysis of samples. These controls also ensure that hold times are met and verifies the party in possession of the sample at all times.
