In the role of Assistant Laboratory Manager, Chris is the engine room behind the continued growth and success of our Melbourne operations.
Whilst Chris’ main area of expertise is metals and running the ICP-MS, he holds 15 years of extensive experience in a variety of roles that have encompassed all aspects of running a lab. Since joining the team in 2014 as a Senior Chemist, Chris was recognised for his hardwork and dedication by being promoted in 2019 to his current role of Operations Manager.
Chris has also been involved in a variety of fundraising activities led by our Melbourne lab. Some of these activities include the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge in 2014 and Relay for Life in 2015. A true sportsperson on the field, Chris won the "Golden Boot" for indoor soccer in 2019!
Apart from soccer, Chris also enjoys surfing, cooking and always provides us all with the latest updates on his AFL team, Carlton.
